As you may already be aware a change of venue for UEFA EURO 2020 matches initially scheduled to be held in Dublin was announced by UEFA on Friday 23 April 2021.

The current Covid-19 pandemic restrictions which apply in this country left Irish organisers in a position where they could not guarantee a minimum of 25 percent capacity at matches which was the stipulation of UEFA. Three Group E matches are moved to Saint Petersburg and one Round of 16 is moved to London. The UEFA Executive Committee confirmed the dates of the games that will take place in Dublin being Monday June 15 Friday June 19 Wednesday June 24 and Tuesday June 30.
